After almost two decades in hospitality, in August 2023 we opened the doors of Sensa Café on Calle San Francisco, in the heart of Cádiz.
The dream was clear: to create a place where specialty coffee takes centre stage, prepared with the care and knowledge it deserves.
QUALITY WITHOUT COMPROMISE
On our menu we always favour local produce of the best quality — with gluten-free and vegan options. Because we believe excellence lies in caring for every detail.
In less than a year, that dream became something we never expected: we were selected among the 100 Best Specialty Coffee Shops in Spain, a recognition we have kept for a second year running.
It is an honour that our project has connected with so many people and that our daily work is reflected in something like this.
We are a multi-roaster: we work with Andalusian micro-roasters such as Inefable (Seville), Artisan Coffee (Málaga) and Kima (Málaga), always selecting the best beans of the season.
