After nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, we opened Sensa Café in August 2023 on Calle San Francisco, right in the heart of Cádiz. Our vision was clear: to create a space where specialty coffee takes center stage, prepared with the care and expertise it deserves.

In less than a year, that dream turned into something we never expected: we were selected as one of Spain’s 100 Best Specialty Coffee Shops, an honor we’ve earned for the second year in a row. It’s an honor that our project has resonated with so many people and that our daily efforts are reflected in an achievement like this.

We are a multi-roaster: we work with Andalusian micro-roasters such as Inefable (Seville), Artisan Coffee (Málaga), and Kima (Málaga), carefully selecting the best seasonal beans at all times. On our menu, we always prioritize local, top-quality products—and we offer gluten-free and vegan options. Because we believe that excellence lies in paying attention to every detail.
