HISTORY
After nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, we opened Sensa Café in August 2023 on Calle San Francisco, right in the heart of Cádiz.
The vision was clear: to create a space where specialty coffee would take center stage, prepared with the care and expertise it deserves.
UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY
On our menu, we always prioritize local, top-quality ingredients—and we offer gluten-free and vegan options. Because we believe that excellence lies in paying attention to every detail.
In less than a year, that dream turned into something we never expected: we were selected as one of Spain’s 100 Best Specialty Coffee Shops, an honor we have maintained for the second year in a row.
It’s an honor that our project has resonated with so many people and that our daily efforts have resulted in something like this.
We are a multi-roaster: we work with Andalusian micro-roasters such as Inefable (Seville), Artisan Coffee (Málaga), and Kima (Málaga), carefully selecting the best seasonal beans at all times.
